SLSE plastic sheet extruding machine is designed according to the market
requirement. It mainly uses PP,PS,PE,HIPS material to produce the sheets
which can produce disposable cups £¬beverage cups, ice cream cups and jelly cups
and so on. Machine is consist of extruder¡¢three rolls calendar¡¢sheet collector
and electric cabinet. The screw and charging barrel is made of alloy steel with
nitrogen treatment which is of high rigidity, anticorrosion and long service life.
The reasonable design of flow passage in die head ensures that sheet surface is
smooth. The temperature of net changer is controlled in segment. And the
temperature of drum is controlled by three automatic temperature controlling
system to cool the backwater very well. All the driving device of machine runs synchronously.
